tmacg12345 Posted June 1, 2017 Author Report Share Posted June 1, 2017 So i finally addressed an issue i had been putting off today. where the original mounting holes were, landed on this thin part of the baffle. instead of risking these long ass bolts going through either side i decided to drill my own holes. tmacg12345 Posted June 2, 2017 Author Report Share Posted June 2, 2017 If you were thinking "thats not enough to hold the baffle in place" I've got four inch screws drilled in each subwoofer hole going through a layer of mdf and 2x4 bracing behind it thats glued and screwed. i think its safe to say its not going anywhere.
