Someone told me I had to turn LPF all the way up while trying to achieve the 70 AC voltage, is this true? Or do I set it to 80hz then set gains to my Target Voltage?

With the HU at its max clean volume, which you would only find while using an o-scope or dd-1 which is what you would be better off using to set your gains... i think a decent quality hand held o-scope sells for $60 on amazon..... good investment so you dont have to guess whats clean and whats dirty.
