Alpine MRV M500 - high pitch noise [VIDEO]

Hi,

I recently installed an Alpine MRV M500 along with a 10" Type S sub in my car.

I've noticed in the mornings when I start the car for work, there is a high pitch sound coming from the amplifier. It usually lasts a minute or two. However, this sound does not return when I start the car in the afternoon, after the weather has warmed up.

Anyone have any idea what could be causing this? I've double checked all my wiring and ground, everything seems ok.

Might be condensation inside the amp from sitting overnight, but that is just speculation which may or may not be the problem.

I'll take a wild guess that it's a coil that's not potted tightly.

Even when I unplug the RCA's, the sound is still apparent.
