ChevyBoy95 Posted May 21, 2016 Report Posted May 21, 2016 Can you post pictures of said alt, the harness on your 2004 tahoe, and what it looks like currently installed (since it is not working.) edit: If the alt isnt charging either the harness is wired wrong (needs ignition and sense wire), or you don't have a power cable from the stud to the battery, or the alt is bad.
