Help with picking the right amp and right version sub.

So if you have 1 SMD 18v2, and it was dual 1ohm, then you could only get .5 or 2ohm? And 1ohm and 4ohm with dual 2ohm sub?

So if you strapped two t2500.1bdcp you get 5000@2ohm. So only way to use 2 amps with 5000 watts is if you had a dual 1ohm sub?

So while he only had 1 amp he could only do 2ohm not .5ohm or 1?

Would it be better if say he just got a DC audio 5.0K and did 1ohm at 5000watts? But then to do that he would have needed a dual 2ohm sub?

Two RF amps to get 5000 watts is allmost DOUBLE of 1 dc audio 5k, are RF amps really that much better?

So what would be the best amp to get and which versions of the smd 18" sub.

And if he gets 2 amps for 1 sub, do you strap them, or run each amp to 1 voice coil?

Or in stead of strapping to 2ohm, can i just do each amp at 1ohm, to each voil coil on a dual 1ohm sub?
