n2deep Posted July 16, 2016 Report Share Posted July 16, 2016 I am new to SMD and was looking to see if anyone on here has done a Box for a 2001 Dodge Reg Cab Truck, Looking at running 2-10' subs ported are something in that range,, For Sub Amp I Have A Old Memphis ST 1000.1 And for Mids and hi I have a old Memphis ST 300.2 I Will be running on the CT Sounds comp set 6.5'' in the doors, , But what I am looking for is anybody that's done a reg cab sub set up for 2-10s ported , Any Help You Can Give Would Be Nice,,,,,,,Thanks Alot Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Wasteland_Audio Posted July 16, 2016 Report Share Posted July 16, 2016 the best way to fit deeper 10" subs in a reg cab is down firing with the port coming up/forward between the seats. I ran 2 alpine type x 10s in a single cab colorado back in the day. I played with all different setups and subs down, port up was by far the loudest, and the only way to get a sufficient amount of volume. I'm not very familiar with Dodge trucks so i'm not entirely sure this will work for you, but it's my best suggestion. And welcome to the forum!
