2 15 american bass xfl1544

I have had these subs in a pre made box for about 3 months now. I would like to build a custom box for them in a Nissan sentra 2012. (Ik its a small car for that much bass) Would it be better for slitted or ported box for these as well? It seems to be very hard to find a design/template for the 2 15's if anyone has input it would be greatly appreciated.

Im running a hifonics brutes 2000 watt amp pushing about 2800 rms. the space in the trunk is about 15 cubic feet i basically want to keep about half my trunk i will get width and height of it tomorrow morning. Now if its better to use whole trunk i will i was possibly looking at building a t-line style box Just never seen these subs in one.

keep in mind that you can only build a box as big as it will fit through the opening of the trunk. and t lines take a LOT of space. Dont think you will have room for t line. going to be hard enough to have the room for a normal ported enclosure.

right now i have just some $50 box from flea market that is slitted but it just sounds off. set gains and everything correctly. i have thought just build inside the car instead of outside and hope i can fit it in through the trunk.

the proper ported box would make a huge difference to how the subs sounds. you can build the box inside the trunk to make it bigger but you still might only have enough space to go sealed.

Do your rear seats fold down for trunk access? If so how big is the opening? Hate to tell u but i doubt ur hifonics amp is pushing even the claimed 2k to those xfls.
