The main objective was to still be able to get his spare tire out so we built it so it can slide back and tilt up to get the tire out and then slide forward and be mostly sealed. When we made the face cut to tuck the carpet it completely fell apart but we glued and epoxyed it back Love the kreg jig Final mock up It had to be built in place in the trunk

bman8891 Posted August 18, 2016 Author Report Posted August 18, 2016 It will soon get carpet and removable beauty panels and all the wiring cleaned up. It sounds great subs aren't broken in yet but it really shines from about 32-45 Hz. Thanks to tritcum and joex for help during the design process.

bman8891 Posted August 18, 2016 Author Report Posted August 18, 2016 Yeah the top, bottom and sides all butt up tight to the opening. Its as sealed into the cab as we could get without using tape and spray foam
