defakadef7
I have a Hifonics BRX1116.1d and it pushing 2 SQ 212's about 1200 rms on those together and i have them wired to 1 ohm. So for the past month its starting to overheat and its being doing fine for about 4-months without ever going into protect mode until now. It goes into Protect mode and then 3-6 minutes it comes back on. I have a stock electrical system also. A local shop installed everything and they said everything is ok until i checked wiring myself. Is this a bad ground or what?
3vil
Looks like it could use some sanding. I'd also sand the backside of that seat belt mount and the area of the floor it contacts.

Skullz
If the strut tower closer to the amp than the seatbelt location, i would switch it it to that instead, but if it is not than you really need to sand that down to bare metal for a better connection. 01 Ford focus ZX3 Pioneer AVH-X491BHS PPI PC 4800.2 Morel Maximo 6.5" x2
