Aero Port tuning question

I measured and the port width is equal from the opening all the way back to where the extension ends. Must just be the photo angle. It's 2.75" wide.

Strangeduck...a few posts up when I said I was predrilling holes thats what I meant. In case you thought I meant I predrilled the speaker screw holes. I'll predrill those too but sometime later today.

well your baffle is split so thats why i said that.

correct. Soon as I put the first screw in, it split and then I remembered I need to predrill.

It also might help to keep the screws away from the corners. You really only need enough screws to hold it in place until the glue dries. Some people only use glue and clamps. I like the progress. Box is looking good. I know it will sound good, Joe x is the man.

Yeah I'm only using 3 screws per long panel and 2 screws for the short ones. I just started out too close to edges unfortunately. I'm keeping about 4 inches from any corner or edges now. Thanks for the approval on progress! This is my first real box build.
