CPT.scratchandsniff Posted October 27, 2016 Report Share Posted October 27, 2016 I haven't been on in a while and am looking for inspiration. i want to replace the single 10" kicker L7 in my reg-cab pickup with something bigger... im going to ro-do my seat frames and put an aluminum fuel tank in the bed so i can flatten out the side saddle tank humps in my floor. my rough measurements say i should have just over 9 cu.ft under/between the seats while maintaining full width behind the seats for my amps. my question is what to do with 9 cubic feet... single 18, pair of 15s? 4 10's? power and budget aside (be reasonable) what wouldyou do with 9 cubes? If you still need room for batteries and amps, maybe 2 12"s can fit. black BMW X1 2.0 l 192 hp OEM head unit, Amplifiers : Audison AP 8.9 amp with integrated DSP and Ampere Audio 1200. Focal ES 100 K in front doors, and Dayton RS 180 for midbass under the front seats. 2 SSA DEMONS 10" subs, in a 2.6 ft3 ported box.
