im not certain, wish someone could demonstrate i, but since its ac voltage i think it doesnt matter how many times you split it it will stay the same. 

 

edit what i mean is its paralleled not series, maybe the ac part is irrelevant.

The input resistance on the amps should be so high that splitting shouldn't reduce the signal much if at all. This is why the cock box works so well. It's just a huge splitter no power or anything. I run an EQ with a built in per amp to jack the signal. That way I can turn the amp gains way down.
