Un plug the rcas and see if it still does it. This will tell if it is in the amp or coming from the head unit.

Ive unplugged rcas from radio and amps. Issue still there. I unplugged all speaker wires from my 3 amps. Noise went away. No pop on turn onor turn off. 

Started hooking up speaker by speaker. 1st was my 2 bullet tweeters to my rf r600x4d. Tried it and got a very very small pop that i can live with. Then plugged in my subs to my rf r1200x1d and no pop. Abolutely no pop and no noise. Then went to plug in my 4 10" mids to the stetsom eq3000 and there came the pop. So just to make sure that its not a pinched wire, i tried a spare speaker i have and there was the pop. Its the amp for my mids. Brand new amp. Maybe a weak ground?  This mids amp and tweeter amp are both connected to same ground point. I will check the ground and see what happens. Is there a way to meassure the ground and see if its good?

Unfortunately there is not an easy way to test the ground for pop. I have seen people move their ground and the pop goes away. Another thing to try is to disconnect the remote turn on going to the amp and turn it on with a jumper wire from the amp + to the remote input. This way the head unit will be completely taken out of the scenario. If it still pops with the car off, rcas unplugged and the remote turn on jumpered then there is a problem with the amp. The only other thing to do would be to pull the amp out and test it with a battery on the work bench. This would eliminate any chance that something in the car or amp ground would be causing the problem. One other thing to try would be to turn the gain all the way down and see if it still does it.

There is a relay module that you can put on your speaker wires to disconnect the speakers for turn on and turn off. It's either from MCM or parts express. I saw it in one of the sales flyers that came to the house. I tried to search their websites and can't find it. I will find the flyer tomorrow when I get home and let you know.

So i found the cause to the pop. Its my stetsom amp pushing my 4 10" prv mids. Funny thing is that i had unhooked the ground wire off the amp to test something and amp was still functionning normal. Ive never seen this before. Removed the remote wire and pop gone. Tested the 4 10" prvs on the tweeter amp and no pop.

What causes an amp to funtion with out groumd cable hooked up?

The RCA shield is a ground too.
