galacticmonkey Posted December 10, 2006 Report Share Posted December 10, 2006 well the treos are about 2 months old and werent abused. only had about 600 actual watts going to each speaker. i can do $950 + shipping for 4 if you want them instead of the Qs. these subs do some good SPL, but they have low end that is amazing. i did a like a 149.5 on music (would have been past a 150 with a tone) in a box with a small ass port but they still dropped so low. they metered a 142 @ 16hz legal on TL. never ever bottomed them out. just let me know. Not that i think youll need one but the piece of mind knowing that even if you fuck up your subs and its YOUR fault, you still will never be without a sub because we can have you back up and running in a 1/2 hour. Nothin wrong with the treo's they look VERY nice but im not sure how it would be if you had an issue. Issues DO happen. Especially when you start doing big thang's ;D For the power you have available, get the Q's. If you plan on doin 8,000 watts or more on the four, then get the BTL's. I once heard a tahoe on 24's with 4 BTL 18's in the back, NOT IN A WALL with 4, T40001BD's runnin them.
