CrimsonClay
My son has a Kenwood DDX374BT. There is only one channel of the sub output sending a signal to the amp. Is this normal? We tried connecting the rear speakers RCA's to the sub amp (Hiifonics zeus 3200) and verified they work. We have ruled out the sub amp and rca cables. Does this head unit send signal out both rca's of the sub output?
reedal
you can use a DMM set to read AC voltage to measure the signal going out of your HU, through your RCAs, etc... to in order to verify the path that your signal travels is good. plug RCAs into HU, set DMM, touch one probe to center pin of RCA, the other to the shield of the RCA. conduct test on both sides of your RCA.
