sTp Posted February 5, 2018 Report Posted February 5, 2018 Hi guys i have designed and built few small boxes for a few friends and they have turned out great but i am looking at doing something bigger this time for another friend but not to sure which design will work best so just need some input first before i make my mind up as i will be going to raptorman aka Ez DB designs for this one. His desires are for it to move as much air as possible and play flat from the low 20's to the high 40's the subs we will be using are 6 Machete M15 Sport and the two Machete MA-1500.1D running 3 subs on each amp at .67. Right so which enclosure do you guys would work the best flat wall, 4th order bandpass or 6th order bandpass?

WalledSonic Posted February 6, 2018 Report Posted February 6, 2018 Qes isnt supplied on their TS parameters but Qts being as high as it is lends the opinion that it wont work as well in a vented application. 4th order would probably be the best enclosure for this particular subwoofer since the sub will react better with a sealed box behind it.
