They are basic Zenon boards or S&I that are really no different than any other brand using the same Zenon or S&I board.
Granted this isnt for all brands, but a lot of Korean brands out there.
Then you have companies like Pride Audio out of Russia that are actually honest about it and say Designed and Built in Korea. Other brands like Incriminator Audio that have actually done R&D work themselves, own patents on their split force designs and can legitimately say designed in the USA and built in Korea. Rockford Fosgate use to be designed and engineered in USA, thats what Tony and Juans job as well as others, no clue now though since they are no longer with RF and  have their own brand amplifiers as well as the SMD tools, DiamondBoxx, etc.

Pretty sure the one line the of mmats proaudio is designed and assembled in the u.s and the newer r lines are designed her but assembled in another country
