77-AUDIO Posted June 8, 2018 Author Report Share Posted June 8, 2018 Well I called them to ask about the wires, and the old style you had to tap into the obd2 wires, and the new plugs have the wires connected to a plug that connects directly into the obd2 port. but I have to login and flash the unit fir the specific vehicle which is cool it reduces cost and can be used for any vehicle.
