killerc998 Posted July 11, 2018 Report Posted July 11, 2018 Question, would it be better to run 2 12s ported or 2 15s 4th order on same power. 1200 rms woofers, 2500 rms amp. Woofers are same model, not saying type cuz not sure. I know it's easier to designs a ported box. Look in to build a box that plays in the 20/25 hrz range with spl of 145+. My 4 8s on 1500rms @ 35 hrz does 146. something. Just looking for opinions/facts.

killerc998 Posted July 14, 2018 Author Report Posted July 14, 2018 Was figuring that the 15s would have more output, was just wondering if the 15s in a 4th order are worth it over the 12s ported. 12s are the biggest I can fit ported, 15s will not fit the opening of the blow thru.
