DiBo
Might be able to stay under window line for subs up Port back build if I can use 1" Baltic (2x.5" laminated). Enclosure would be 9.5-10ft³ for 4 sundown x 12's. Might be able to do a good number at CES with this setup. Otherwise 0-30" modified I guess with 7k? Will be first time competing. I'd obviously brace well. Thanks
DiBo
Been thinking about this. I believe 1" brb (Baltic Russian Birch) will be more than sufficient. My enclosure for my 3 Sundown X12v2's in 1" MDF. The difference between tensile strength of the ¾"and 1" is pretty substantial. Going to do 1" with a 1-¾" top baffle ( 2x.5" + ¾") braced well. I'll post pics

Triticum Agricolam
With proper bracing you should be more than fine if using baltic birch plywood. I wouldn't worry about it. As always, bracing will be important though.
