It's a Bass Reflex T-Line.

I can give you the top portion dimensions.

11" Tall

11" Wide

Not sure depth.

Port board is 38" Long.

So My Port is

38" Long

11" Wide

I need to know height to tune to 27hz.

I half-assed this design into the RE box calculator and for tuning at 27hz The port needs to be 2" tall and 11" Wide, if it is 38" long.

Is this correct amatt85?
