Jeremy009
Hey, i just sold off my system but i kept my electrical. The car is a toyota ae90 liftback and i swapped the stock 90amp alt for a nissian 140amp alt. Electrical consists of a 140amp alt(nissian tidda), optima redtop infront and a xs power xp3000 in the rear. Wires used was a single run of nvx ofc silver tinned 1awg wire from front to back and i also did a big 3 upgrade with that wire. My question is, how much watts(rms) i can safely support with this electrical to get the most out of my future system?
Dragonsyph
Silver tinned huh that stuff expensive? single run of 1/0 I’d say max 2-3k if ur alt can do 140 at idle. Never heard of that alternator, is that 140 at max rpm or idle? ♦ Sundown NSV4 18" + Sundown SALT-4 Baby ♦ MechMan Elite 370a + XS3100 - XP3000 ♦ SHCA 1/0 OFC(blue) + SMD Fuse Holders(blue) ♦ Pioneer AVH-2440NEX + SHCA Pro RCA

Bassin865
I would suggest 2-3k as above. I also would look into all the amp dyno test on YT and look for higher efficiency amplifiers.
