d-nice88
I just got my new northstar agm SMS 220 in the mail today. Ups dropped it off and the packaging was good no sign of damage or being dropped. When I open the box I noticed the back part of the battery away from the terminals is cracked. Even that handle is breaking off. My question is if it's not leaking is it still good or no ? I can post a pic I just dont know what site to use to post pics photo bucket isn't working for me
Mike4068
That's a nice battery, I'd ask for a new one.
SnowDrifter
Contact the manufacturer. Whether it's a shipping error or manufacturing error, you're liable for neither, and in both cases, would require the involvement of the shipper / seller ~~~~~~~~SAY NO TO PHOTOBUCKET~~~~~~~~ Snow's DD-1 tracks here: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/167433-snows-dd-1-tracks/ My take on OFC vs CCA: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110381-things-that-piss-you-off-in-the-car-audio-world/?do=findComment&comment=2461444
