fishchris1
The reason i ask, is I'm curious if those played tight and musical ? I'd have never thought they could, until my latest very positive experience with my 18".... Now I'm wondering how tight and clean an even bigger sub could be ? fishchris1
Yes, the Skelator box is so bad ass 🙂 I'm sure it sounds fantastic, but I would have thought... Loud, deep, stomach shaking.... And not necessarily tight, and snappy.... Like I say, until my latest build. This evening I was playing some old school rock... Rush, to be specific, and I still can't believe how tight, and snappy some of those kick drums are. I think if a person were in my truck, but didn't look back, they would never imagine they were listening to an 18" sub.... Until I played some sort of hip hop, or techno, or something with lots of loud, crazy deep bass..... Then they might expect it to be a 15" or an 18".... But of course we know 6 1/2"s can play deep loud rumbling bass too. It's all about the setup and the enclosure.
