Which Two 15" Woofers Would You Get?

In terms of SPL, durability and SQ which set of subwoofers would you prefer? Help me decide please.

im assuming ur using the bxi2607... so ~1200w per sub

lvl 4 would perform better

bl would need more power to shine

kicker would be loud but

lvl4 would still pwn

i went with the L7's because i am tired of seeing FI and RE subs. all the builds are the same. a bug box, big port.low tuning and some form of a RF amp. the only reason i didn't pick the DC's is because i do not not alot about them.

yeah i know what you mean. The reason why I put FI up there is bc don't you think there is a reason why many people go with a RF amp and FI or RE subs? I really want to give the new 08 solobarics a try. Bigger magnet and they have a great cooling system. Not to mention they look sick. I have always been a Kicker fan so I might just stick with kicker. Actually, I am going to be selling Brutus 2607d eventually and upgrade my amp so no I won't be sticking with that amp. If I go with the solobarics I am getting the ZX 2500. and if I go with the FI BLs I am going to give them around 1500 watts rms each. DCs about 1500 watts rms each too. The cheapest choice would be to go with the L7's. They would still get loud too but I am REALLY curious about FI and DC.

theres a reason alot of people have fi/re/aa.... great product

kicker has great customer service their products are meh at best to me

i just never liked the sound of an l7 or l5, and they cant do much over rated power, at least 07 and before

when you spend so much money on advertising/marketing, you need to cut costs somewhere....

it does make sense... but its not analogous

cars and subs arent comparable.... car cost ~$15,000, average sub cost ~$300, much easier to advertise and market when ur making thousands compared to a couple hundred

id buy fi/re/dd/aa/atomic anyday over kicker, alpine, mtx, fosgate when we're talking about subs
