This build has been in the works for almost 6 years. I am now doing it WOOT! Been piece by piece like the Johnny Cash song "One Piece at a Time".

Yes some of it is classic gear now just like me lol. Which is why the M.L.C. (Mid Life Crisis) as this is what the wife calls it. It is what old men do to relieve their younger days. I did some of it awhile back just to have some tunes. Will have to pull most of it back out for the full build.

That looks like it's going to slam! Can't wait to see it done

No turning back now. First time ever doing this. To be honest about it I'm pretty nervous about how it'll turn out.  Got it all laid out for the first door. Everything has just enough room to mount

I finally got to start on the enclosure.  8 sheets of 3/4" mdf.  The large panels were cut with skill saw and a guide.

Installed the HU,sirius and backup camera system. Also did the floor pods next couple of days. Bought them made for the burp I didn't make them.

Even pulled out my play subs from the garage for some temp bump.

These were bought back in 95 lol.

They were $16 autozone subs bought for my old home stereo

LOL. Thank you.  I was definitely held to a tight budget. You can still deal with life and still do the things you love. Some of us takes longer to reach those dreams.
