Why not? Theres people with 4 12s in SUVs with everything below the windowline that are louder than Meade... And keep in mind, they would be in a Street class, and Meade is in SS 3-4.

His Tahoe is definately loud as hell for a musical system, and impressive as hell for what it is, but if he was to actually compete in DB Drag, its not a very competitive car.

As far as I know ,steve is the loudest No Walled Ground pounder in the world, and that was on his THREE year old scores, which, if i am not corrected, still stand.

Not taking anything away from DR drag, but bassrace is a true test for the ground pounders,

and i WISH i could do a 153 bassrace, THAT is NOT a joke of a score either

I Dont think im the loudest non walled groundpounder because there are people out there that have 2 seat SUV's that are "non walled" and probably get louder.

5 seats and a clean view through every window....that i dont know. I dont compete much so i guess i wont know until i do. That, as ive said about 3 times in 2 days, will require me to redo a few things (before i compete again)

i would probably be a lot more dangerous if i had the balls and the will to take out my second row and add a ton more batteries and double up my power.....add a few more 18's and a bigger box......but that is not an option for me. I like that my Tahoe is still a Tahoe other then the cargo area

also, 153 was only done once, i didnt do it again......im pretty sure i could though. The last time i did a bassrace demo at the dash with my 2 front windows down, i was in the mid 158's and it dropped to mid 156's due to the song....so with a little practice i think i could do better then a 153 but i suck at timing and song choice.

bill was there when i did it i believe.....its also on video even though you cant read the dot-matrix scoreboard with the camera.

why am i telling you guys this again? because for some reason, people think because i choose to demo and not run that my shit is soft now or something. Thats the impression i get from some people. Even with the windows down, on the dash, touching mid 158's is pretty good i think.....and still with the same old tired box im running to this day.

maybe at a 1x event.....but anything better then that im SURE it has to be off the car. Thats like having more amps then your supposed to in street class and trying to tell the judge "its not hooked up"......even if you both know its not, they still try and get technical on anything over a 1x

you fuckers got me wanting to get a ford fiesta or some tin can like that and go full burp so i can prove i am capable of "real" numbers....face it, the Tahoe, unless walled off to the b-pillar (same with excursions) is not a good car for numbers. Even walled up to the pillar its still not a good car for numbers.....some are, some arent, this one isnt. Its good for moving air and shaking pavement though.
