The Best Gp Woofer?

Okay like the title says, what would be my best bet for Ground Pounder subs? So far I plan on 2 18" BTL's with 4krms, ripping the back seat out and firing subs/port into car, sealing off the trunk, and tuning around 32-34Hz.

I imagine 6 12's in the same set-up would probably be more of a Ground Pounder?

Also, what subs would be better than BTL's for Ground Pounding?

Would 6 12" BTL's do it better than 2 18's?

I've heard cone area is the way to go. I am getting ready for a new build as well. Measure the space you have to work with.... Once you have the dims find out how many cuft you have and start looking at sub specs then use this.... http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...amp;mode=linear

I got the whole back seat and trunk to play with for space

My trunks fairly big, not sure on cu.ft. I'll find it out eventually.

Is it a wall if you make it below window line? Or is that a mini-wall?

Either way, if I have too a wall right behind the front seats will work to!

I mean I don't know what the prerequisites are of a GP are but I would assume at least 150 and hair tricks or maybe just hair tricks IDK. But yeah the way to be a GP is to get loud. Just tune low and a lot cone surface. I would still measure and see how much space you have.... What car?
