so? what if youre on the highway and your phone falls next to your seat so you reach to grab it and the person in front of you slams their brakes before you can get your phone out its too late and you nail them... it doesnt really matter how slow you drive unless you drive at 5mph on the highway you can rear end anyone unexpectedly
