Dafaseles Posted September 5, 2021 Report Share Posted September 5, 2021 Think about it this way. You see these big, huge SPL systems with their big huge batteries? Where are their amps grounded? Look close, they ground them to the batteries. Then ground the mess out of the batteries to the frame, and even sometimes grounding back up to the alternator as well. In my opinion, of they do it in pro competition, I'm assuming that's the right way to do it. Now, you're not running 10's of thousands of watts, so you don't have to go that crazy with your grounding, but I'm sure you get my point. 2011 Chevy Silverado under construction My build log here.
