Spybot Search And Destroy

i just downloaded this stuff and for the last 3 days everytime i do a search i get the same things found on my computer..and at the end of each scan i click immune or whatever its called and it shows it cleared all the virus and protected my files then the next day i scan i get the same thing again? so is it really getting rid of the virus and protecting or what?

I have no idea to your question but the same has happened to me with that program. I just stopped using it.

so if it picks up a virus today and you scan tommorow it doesnt find that same virus?

spyware doctor, windows defender, ad aware and spybot are all really good freeware programs. i noticed spyware doctor will do a clean search, but will find the same infections if i visit some sites and does the search afterwards. so it might appear that it keeps finding the infections if you're not aware where they're comin from. and i *think* some trojans cant be cleaned out. could be wrong on that tho. speaking of which...ima do a search right now

i run SB 24/7 and have never gotten a problem with the computer. AND i know exactly what your talking about!! just KEEP RUNNING SB and eventually it will get deleted. (why?) IDK but it just does lol

just run spybot and avg free antivirus and I never have problems even though I use a family computer which everyone (who have like a destroy Mike's computer disease) uses.

if a virus, usually it wouldnt remove since spybots is not made to do it was made to look for ad-ware and spyware.. if you have a virus, i just reboot the comp and start fresh..

I have used AVG free anti-virus and the AVG free spyware program.

I can't complain.

i have avg not the free but the premium and everyday i do a scan and it always finds the same things has well..im starting to think its my limewire..
