jnasty
Finally started one side of the lithium rack in the back.. had to drill&tap some holes in the links so I can mount from the backside. Made out of 1/4 cast acrylic & stainless fasteners. Make a real rookie mistake & put the assembled lithium bank on my table saw table... the screws in the back side of the mdf shorted out and made a bit of a fire & melted the screws.. not too much damage though Vehicle: 2002 Ford Escape Electrical: 275A Singer, 160ah XS/Yinlong lithium, 2,000farad XS Supercaps Head Unit: Apple iPad Hi-Res Passthrough Topping d10s Speakers: {ACTIVE} - (4) Arc Audio RS 6.0, (2) Arc Audio RS 4.0 & (2) Arc Audio RS 1.0 Sub Stage: (2) TC Sounds LMS Ultra 5400 18" Amplifiers: ARC Audio - (4)4200SE(comp modded, (2)4000SE Processing: Helix DSP Pro W/ Dash Mounted Director

jnasty
Not a ton accomplished over the past few weeks.. Almost complete with a pillars. Totally underestimated the Fab required.. these are the 1st time I've tried to make pillars in my life. Flocked them, still need to cover the grab handles. Also need to make the cloth cover with a MDF ring, the 3d printed ring warped BIGTIME in the sun Assembled the 3rd & 4th banks of lithium & supercaps. Mounted in the rear and started deciding where to place the distribution block Terminated belden cat6a to WBT ends(legitimate rca's - not the eBay specials lol) ran cat6 & rj45 to amps & processor in center console Installed arc 6.0s in the door Vehicle: 2002 Ford Escape Electrical: 275A Singer, 160ah XS/Yinlong lithium, 2,000farad XS Supercaps Head Unit: Apple iPad Hi-Res Passthrough Topping d10s Speakers: {ACTIVE} - (4) Arc Audio RS 6.0, (2) Arc Audio RS 4.0 & (2) Arc Audio RS 1.0 Sub Stage: (2) TC Sounds LMS Ultra 5400 18" Amplifiers: ARC Audio - (4)4200SE(comp modded, (2)4000SE Processing: Helix DSP Pro W/ Dash Mounted Director
