Justmealso
I found the location for more radio fuses and checked them. All were good. I rechecked the voltage on the accessory radio harness and to my surprise it was 12V. Reinstalled radio and it is working. I have no explanation why the accessory can back to live. I think there is still a problem somewhere and it will happen again. Is there anything else I should check that might be related to this issue. Dafaseles
There could have just been a loose fuse, and when you checked them, you fixed the problem. Sometimes, it's just that easy. 2011 Chevy Silverado under construction My build log here. Check it out!

In the last fuse block you checked remove each audio relevant fuse one at a time until you reproduce the fault you had, if you can find it, you can take a closer look, replace the fuse or thoroughly check it and clean and tighten the fuse socket.
