How to Accurately Set LFP and HPF Frequencies

Wondering how to get decently close to a target frequency when setting the LFP on my sub amp (100ish) and the HPF on my mid/highs amp (100+)? The range on the sub amp is much smaller so it is easier to guess, but my mid/high amp range is from 50hz to i believe 5khz. Thanks.
