Joe X Posted July 27, 2022 Report Posted July 27, 2022 The port length is measured along the center line, not adding the port walls lengths. Your port 2 part needs to be like 4" so that the center line length is 26.

So, if I’m using Torres when it says psychical port length which is dif then the number I put in the box to come up with my tuning and would be the actual wood length from inside the box against the L correct? So I would take my 26 inches and go straight thru the middle of the port to the opening of the port? My question is how would I calculate my port parts since torres doesn’t give u the cut sheet for ports? Since in this case it seems it would be shorter the those 2 cut sheet specs I came up with.. sorry hope you understand what I’m saying.
