99vic Posted May 20, 2008 Report Posted May 20, 2008 ok guys i got most of my rattling gone accept under my car there is a loud ass rattle that i cant find. i crawled under the car held everything that i thought it would be but it sounds like its between metal. i have some triple expanding foam should i just start putting it where i think it might rattle? is there a certain way to use it ? i was told not to put it in the trunk holes because it will expand to much and break the seems? Also fords are known for their heat shields to become loose over time and vibrate real bad so look for any of them. Also fords are known for their heat shields to become loose over time and vibrate real bad so look for any of them. i checked the heat shields the exhaust is new flowmaster. i think its between the gas tank and shield that protects it.
