I got my Two 18" 08 BTL's about to be installed in my integra, i'll let anybody listen to them and decide for yourself, I heard the level 5's and I like them...which one is louder....nobody has done that comparison, i know my mt's were DAMN loud in bassrace..149.8 for 2 15's no wall tuned to 35... so i am hoping to be louder than that, with my new 18" btl's.

Official Scores at the Dash. and YES. My Bass Boxing is louder than Burp! - 155.5 DB Drag Burp- 155.6 - IASCA Bass Boxing on music (30 seconds straight) sealed up Builds 1. The Acura Integra build = http://www.stevemead...s/page__st__6802. BLK SIN Build = http://www.stevemead...w-pics-10-6-07/

I have never heard the New BTLs or the LV5 Personally. I do have an early 2008 model BTL 12" which is the triple mag to a single GP3000D Pro and I love it. I will be hopefully adding another of the same model BTL to another GP3000D Pro.

For a single 12" subwoofer, it takes a serious beating. It also moves a shit ton of air and will flex my whole car. I cant imagine what two BTL 15"s would do with a pair of GP3000D Pros will do.

I am really satisfied with my BTL but I cant really tell you which one is better since I have never heard any DC subs in person

Well, speaking from experience I haven't heard the new btl's but I just sold my fully loaded btl that was made in March. And I got 2 DC level 4 10's, but upgraded them to 12's with the level 5 coils. I would say as far as sound quality the DC's sound better. As far as spl the btl metered higher, but I haven't had the 2 level 4 12's meterd yet so we'll see in the long run. I know I only had a single btl, but it was louder than 2 level 4 10's, so there's potential in each area. I know these aren't either of the subs that were asked about, but it does have relevance to help in chosing the woofer to run. I'll make sure to tell the score of the 2 level 4 12's after next weekend when I get them metered.

I say either way your getting one heck of a woofer and you will be happy none the less.
