i think its exposport but its just rated power x ohms then find the sqrt

you can cook bacon shirtless if you're not a pussy...lol

not hatin, but am i wrong here it looks as if the amp is not grounded its hooked directly to the battery. it that the way it should be.

Thats the formula used to make the chart but i usually dont set gain by dmm I just use one of my schools oscilloscopes

i did it your way and looked at the chart. i got 2 totally different results. the chart said my voltage should be 28.28. your way says 22.36. which one should i go by. my subs RMS are 500 a piece and it will see 1ohm at my amp/.

really? you must be doing the math wrong for example 2400rms at 2 ohms ....... 2400x2 = 4800

√of 4800 is right on with the chart at 69.28V

yup i am retarded. i needed 800 watts at the time. so 28.28 is right for that way. sorry for the f up.

thank you guys very much. stephen, when I get a hold of an o-scope, I am gonna need to know how to use it. I want one to ensure no clipping at all, but till then, the rms chart is all I got. Well, now the math equation in case the chart is not available. Thank you very much guys!!!
