ptcary
Birch is easier to work with, too. I used it for the front half of my wall. But Lowes only had smaller sheets, no 4x8. kingsuv
Ok there is a cabinet shop about 20 minutes from my house I have to go there in a few weeks to pick up the cabinets im having made for our guest house. What do they charge around you for a 4x8 sheets im going to see if he can get me a a few sheets when i go to pick them up Should be less then 60 bucks a sheet. Thats what I pay here for the 11Ply 24mm size. Quote Designing, building, and shipping boxes. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.

The Lowes stuff was way better then the HD stuff. I used some in a pinch with my last box and it's pretty nice. It's only 7ply 19mm Quote Designing, building, and shipping boxes. BigPimpin91
Also factor in the costs though. 100lbs = 1% Drop in Fuel consumption. How big is the box going to be? How much less weight is birch? How many miles would you have to drive to factor out the cost ratio of MDF to Birch? How many miles would you have to drive to factor out the cost ratio of MDF to Birch? Well lets look at it this way. I shaved off about 600lbs out of the X. Never mind the gas mileage. It's a whole lot easier on the car as a whole then MDF Quote Designing, building, and shipping boxes.
