audiofanaticz Posted December 13, 2006 Report Share Posted December 13, 2006 if its hooked up correctly you shouldnt be blowing any fuses yea, I wouldnt really be running it at 2 ohms mono (higher grade stuff is ok, but lower end things wont take it too well. I can run my amp below .5 ohm as a daily driver if I wanted, but I got a decent amp). You should be able to run both l5s off them at a 4 ohm load mono if they are dual 4 ohm coils on the sub.. Running the amp at a lower ohm is going to make it demand more amps, and the smaller fuses will blow from the amp trying to take more then the fuses will allow.
