htx kustoms Posted June 21, 2008 Report Posted June 21, 2008 This is the box I want to build for my Magnum its pushed all the way back and i still want my cargo space its for 2 12" P3's I have the box at 4.37 my where would i put the port if i cant go ported a sealed box at 2 cu ft would fit perfect but performance wise im not to sure...

ISO Posted June 22, 2008 Report Posted June 22, 2008 Do oyu want slot ports or circular ports(PVC pipe)? If slot ports I would go with them on the back wall of the box fireing up because its less complicated to build. Ports on the side: One important rule is you can't port into an unequivilant area. EX: If you use a 4 inch diameter port on the side of the box you need a 4 inch bare minimum air gap between the port and the first solid surface or side wall of the vehicle. 3 inch port,need 3 inch gap and so on and so on.
