pstone11
Picked these guys up today, I've been looking for a pair just like this for years now - the classic at15's ... Thank you Craigslist! Still have the manf. date sticker on the back (right under the 5.5" tube port) Built April 27, 1989 and still in perfect shape. I'm really not into the new speaker setups, you can keep your 5.1 and 7.1 surround, I'll stick with these. I can sit in here and listen to Too Short on these suckers all night long. Simple pleasures, I guess. Quote Check out StoneSounds to see my recent builds.Or look at the Flying White Facebook Page!
wL<3bass
cool man yeah 5.1 and 7.1 are great for movies but for music I like 2.1 or just two towers like that. ptcary
Nice find! When I was in high school, a friend had an older brother into pro audio, he had 4 of those in a small room, hooked up to stereo/tv. They were incredible! My brother had a pair of the 8" or 10" versions in his room, very nice speakers! Old School Cerwin-Vega was awesome back then Man, I've been running these guys for almost a month now on only 100w per.... They eat up the old school.... you put in some Short, Eazy, Ant Banks, DJ Quick, 2pac, even Parliment, Eek, Toots, Ziggy.... The sound is amazing, LOWWWWWW very nice - the end to all that I've ever wanted - I'm even thinking about a new 2ch receiver that will do 400 per.... Super stoked still for sure!! Searched for years, didn't settle and finally found what I wanted. Gotta love the ol' Vegas!! Quote Check out StoneSounds to see my recent builds.Or look at the Flying White Facebook Page!
