i got this right here......

http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...showtopic=23819

it was built for 4 12" subs, but dude bought 15's and made the cut outs bigger... i can convert it back to 12's. 100.00 for the box, cant beat it.... but shipping is gonna cost some $$......

also, not sure what your dimensions are....

He wants a box that responds well to all notes and his box is currently 10 cubes at 40hz and that box is ~13 @ 38hz ported boxes peak they don't have a flat response like he wants.....

"hits all notes"

GL with that!!!!

=P

still need dimensions, make/model of car if i didn't miss anything

-Drew

EDIT: i dont think sealed have a "flat" response either. different woofers and different transfer functions play a roll. My .02c would be to pick a genre and build for that

Subs are like titties, They need to come in pairs because ones and threes are just wrong, and larger amounts will always draw a crowd, we all have our favorite sizes, but the bigger ones are more fun to watch move. :D

....really I had no idea  if he wants a flatter response curve go with a 4th order bandpass so that 25hz is as loud as say 60hz instead of having peaky frequencies...

and when he said "hits all the notes" I'm assuming he wants it to have a flatter curve if he just wants it to play the low and the highs but not at near equal volume just take the box he already has and extend the port to lower the tuning so that it will play the lows better....
