2005 Scion Xb New System Finalized!

Recommended Posts

So I have finalized my equipment and will be starting a build after I get back from Europe in late september. I'll be honest here its not going to be super crazy mod fest (I wish I could) mostly due to the car being under warranty still and they tend to found upon super custom jobs.

My hardware consists of

2 sets of Powerbass 2XL-6C 6.5" 1" tweet Components

1 Powerbass XA-1500d

1 Powerbass XA-2150

1 Kenwood Kenwood KDC MP832U

4 Sundown 8" Drivers 2.4 ft^3 tuned to 35 Hz (Jacobs suggestion)

1 HC1400

1 HC800

Big 3 will happen on the stock alt, I will be replacing it once I recover from our Euro trip :)

I think it will bang pretty good I listen to mostly rock anyway Journey, AC-DC ect.

So I will be selling a set of Powerbass 2XL-12d Subs not even broke in yet, 6 10" Patriot SI DVC 6 ohm subs and many more car audio goodies!

Stay tuned this will happen!

thanks

-j

Yeah Its a small 1.5l VVT around 110hp its pretty snappy though.. And thats after I have been driving a Chipped B5 S4.

But I am loving the 30+mpg and 40.00 fill ups! :)

sorry for the thread jack, but I had a 2005 bB ( xB ) -- Loved it. Kinda wished I woulda kept it. They are just a bit underpowered, but with gas being what it is , you can't go wrong with one. Check out scionlife.com. Tons of useful stuff over there. Great people too....

I still remember a good bit about it, so If you have any ?s about it I can help a bit. I replaced all the factory stereo on mine, deck, dash, door, rear panel speakers, added amps , blah , blah, blah,..... and my Tein 2 inch drop springs. ( highly recommend them )

So I got my Sundown E8's tonight. These are the recones from the first run that did not pass Jacobs Q/A first go around. These look mean for 8" Subs!
