Last Time....mtx 9500's

Recommended Posts

That statement right there, just made you my friend. :D

How much are you looking to spend?

:D

id say no more than 600 per sub...maybe 700, but thats pushin it.

JLw7s are pretty close to them the w7 sounds a little better the MTX is a little louder imo

ive heard w7's...im impressed but not overly impressed. dont get me wrong they sound amazing, very clear and solid bass, but not really worth the money to me at all.

if money isn't an issue i would look into Digital Designs. If you want a more commercial sub [that can be found at best buy/circuit city] the 9500 is probably the best. But look into brands like DC, Fi, RE, Soundstream, DD. In my opinion it would be cool to go to your friend with a better system that costs less than his.

are you looking at 15's, 12's, 10's, what size and space do you have? and are you willing to upgrade the electrical of your car?

We can give you several options if you can give us some more info, mostly a budget and space.

if thats the case dont waste your monry on the MTX either.

I'd take the W7 over the 9500 all day every day

BTL's need a lot of power.

So if you can't give them at least RMS, go with the Dub7.

I've heard great things about those jl's. they sound amazing, wont take 2x rms like some subs but will sound clean and i think they look clean also.
