If it's a lot of people I always slow down to almost a stop. I was just avoiding the on coming cars trying to merge. Fear The Quack! jmsonoma03 Posted July 15, 2008 Report Share Posted July 15, 2008 im sure the cop didnt keep it on purpuse(sp) he might of dropped it left it in his car. call the polacia station and ask for the assoffer that gave you the ticket or tell them what happened and ask them if he has it and i wouldnt drive until you get it back or get a new one its only asking for more trouble. and king that was messed up but funny. Never Give any Bullshit excuses just give yes or no responses and be polite as possible (A lession I had to learn the hard way) You are quite lucky he didnt give you a ticket for construction usually doubles all fines gets really spendy really fast. Did he radar you? You do know you have a right to see the Radar guns readings Never say to the officer your going to fight this in court or anything of that nature the less you say the less he can use agenst you most of the time cops forget alot of viable information of the infraction in their reports this can work for your benifet after all they are human and just doing their job. Best thing you can do is find a Traffic Laywer and go from there. Not sure were you are from but here in seattle I have gotten off 9 out of 10 speeding tickets from hiring a traffic court laywer 350 laywer fees > Traffic citiation insurace inflation. I'm gonna call the number on the ticket tommorrow, i'm not gonna drive there with no license, or ill have a neighbor escort me. either way im just trippin bout my license cuz im working 6 days this week and i aint going without it. Beanz Posted July 15, 2008 Report Share Posted July 15, 2008 shit your lucky he didnt get you for teh construction casue it would have double mine went from maybe a 400 dollar ticket to a 750 dollar ticket.and it was for speeding in a construction zone,no licence(got in now after 1000 dollars in tickets and drivers classes combined ) but all in all just go to court and tell teh judge why you were speeding like say your mom situition taht she was really sick and you didnt know about her condition. my 0.02 That's why they don't deliver. Yer ass better go sit along the side of the road and wait. You can't expect them to travel up some dirt road in a hick / back woods town. Thats how horror movies start I explain things very simply and use analogies in terms of Pickles, and grape drink, pool noodles and jackhammers...if you can't put 2 and 2 together there man, There simply is not much more I can do. Yeah that too but i just did that cause i wanted to reduce the fine rather then having to go to court for all that time and shit and maybe lose work just for goin to court.went down from 750 to 300.
