smgreen20 Posted January 30, 2012 Report Share Posted January 30, 2012 I would like to add, instead of the gator clips, I had an extra set of RCA's that were damaged in the middle of the run, so I cut 8" from the RCA end and soldered gator clips to the ends of the RCA "pigtial" and clip those to a junction strip where I can then either slip the DMM's testers under the adjoining set screw, or directly to the gator clips. I doubt this will help at all, but how about some 'shot in the dark' questions: Do you have continuity between the RCA outside conductors between all your RCA outputs on the HU? I had a "sound leveling" feature on my iPhone turned on which was messing with my outputs. Have you check for something like that? Otherwise all I can come up with is an internal HU issue...
