you'd do better just running each amp at 2 ohm.

2-DC 15XLM2 D.7s

1-DC 5K amp

(1) XS Power D6500(UNDERHOOD) and (1) XS3000(REAR)

3 runs 1/0ga for power and 2 runs of 1/0ga for negative.

(2)-RFT165s components, ...... 4 separate 1 inch tweetersRF T600-2(fronts) Punch 450.4(rear)

Audiocontrol 3.1.

DC power 260amp alternator w/MLA Module

It was for daily.....O_O lasted until he blew the subs about 3 weeks later.

I ran my Memphis at .5 ohm for a week on 1 DC 18, and 2 Kicker 15's......just got hot......but never into protect.

if you have a good electrical system backing it up, you could probably get away with it due to Impediance rise

I ran a Brutus 1205D @ .5 ohms for months and months, the only time I had any issues was when I did a deathmatch at a show ( full tilt 3 minutes Straight) and all it did was go into thermal protect.

Im not saying you can, and you probably shouldnt, but with imp rise I highly doubt it will see the .5 load.
