2 totally different engines, B16 = DOHC, D16 = SOHC, Not trying to call you out cause I really dont care but I think this fellow is taking you for a ride here, IF he had a 13 second D Engine it would be worth more then the car those are not a cheap build to get that much power out of a SOHC with out a turbo.
