Wiring Extra Battery's, Can I?

Recommended Posts

alright i have stock electrical, havnt done big 3 yet but im going to. i want to keep stock alternator if possible until i have money to get a HO.

but i have two deep cell batteries my dad got from his work, not sure of the brand but they are deepcells. i have a run of rockford 4guage and a run of 3guage (big standed, welder wire maybe) so im wondering if i should/can use these two deepcells.

if i can, i have to use both runs right? or do i only connect the possitive's and run the ground's to the chassi?

from these i can take power from the deepcells that will be in the trunk and go directly to my amps right.

if im doing something wrong please help me, i dont really know what im doing as far as adding more batteries so any help will do me good. thanks in advance.
